Life Coaching

Personal/Life Coaching is "A collaborative solution-focused, results-orientated and systematic process in which the coach facilitates the enhancement of work performance, life experience, self-directed learning and personal growth of the coachee." (Anthony Grant, University of Sydney, 2000).

Life Coaching is often a process of determining a Vision of where/how you want to be, defining specific Goals that embody this vision, and then taking Actions that help achieve the goals and thus move the client towards the vision.
